Account and Subscription
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($99.99/year) and include a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use HoopsEnglish for personal language learning purposes. You may not share your account credentials, redistribute course content, or use automated tools to access our platform.
Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, quizzes, and materials on HoopsEnglish are owned by HoopsEnglish and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
HoopsEnglish is provided as-is. We do our best to ensure course quality and platform availability, but we are not liable for interruptions, technical issues, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
